The chantings in these compositions have no specific language, but the voice of our souls.
about
The 5 Elements Journey is conceived with the intention to take you on a journey. I use the 5 Elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, and Space - as pathways into grounding, connecting, envisioning, harmonizing, and integrating. Music talks the language of emotions, becoming storytelling without words. You are the one creating the plot, becoming the creator of your own discoveries.
All the compositions are made with acoustic instruments from ancient and modern traditions around the globe. Some of these acoustic sources are augmented to create unique drones and harmonics, giving to the compositions a contemporary style.
Set an intention, an inquiry, a resolution, or any other precious reason for this time to be meaningful. Find a comfortable and quiet place where to lay down. Use some good headphones so you can hear the spatial recordings. Be sure to set the volume loud enough so as to completely immerse yourself into the music. A blanket, an eye mask, a glass of water, a journal with a pen, and some incense are also great ‘companions’ to have at your side.
And enjoy it...
